\"\"<\/a>Before I share the beautiful pictures from Brittany and TJ’s wedding day, I wanted to tell you a bit about the couple. \u00a0They got to know each other pretty young. \u00a0Oddly enough, they met chaperoning for their older brother and sister who were then dating. \u00a0While that relationship didn’t last, theirs did! \u00a0since Brittany was a couple of years older than TJ, she waited to date him seriously until he turned 16. \u00a0One year later, she moved to go to college and although together – they’ve spent a lot of time apart since. \u00a0They dated for six years, not being able to be together for much of it. \u00a0Two years ago, TJ left to be a mormon missionary in Paraguay. \u00a0She wrote him every week for two years. \u00a0When he got back in October, she met up with him the next day and within 30 seconds they knew they were going to get married!<\/p>\n

Back in 2007 they went on a vacation to Hawaii with TJ’s parents and decided then that was where they wanted to get married. \u00a0In December 2010, they made it happen! \u00a0Everything was perfect. \u00a0Although it rains a lot on the islands, it didn’t rain at all while we were there. \u00a0The wedding day was perfect. \u00a0It was a LDS temple ceremony \u00a0therefore, no pictures are taken during the actual wedding. \u00a0However, I shot a few of Brittany getting ready:<\/p>\n

TJ with one of his brothers, Jared (On a side note-Jared and his wife Jerusha wrote and Jared directed Napoleon Dynamite and Nacho Libre! \u00a0It was great to meet them both, I’m a fan!):<\/p>\n

Brittany emailed me a few days ago and said that they are so happy. \u00a0Their wedding went perfectly and now they are enjoying finally being together!<\/em><\/p>\n
