This is it. This is the year I’m finally taking on a 365 project. I’m terribly nervous. But it is time to get my camera out at home. Time to take more pictures of my family. I hope to grow as an artist, to be better at preserving moments so they will last longer than all of us, and to tell the story of this little life of ours in 2015. I know it will be challenging but I aspire to be able to see the beauty and art in the little moments that make up my day.

I won’t be writing much. I can promise you that. I have little time as it is. But I will try to get a picture in everyday… I’ll do my best (can you tell I’m nervous?).

Paul was reading a book by the fire tonight and the kids snuggled around him to hear. Even though it was about gardening they were deeply interested. I adore these people and these moments.
