Our sweet Sophia-aka Nerm, Munchkin, CruncherBean, Fia-turned the big 7 last month! She swears over her birthday night she got a little taller, stronger, and better vision. She is her own person, it’s one of my favorite things about her. She loves riding with the windows down, no cares about how hard the wind my blow her hair or how cold it is. She’ll be my buddy and belt out Adele songs with me on carrides. She encourages dad to play video games just so she can watch. And she knows how to play so well with her little bro. We’re so blessed to have her in our family!
I asked her a few questions about life as a seven year old. Here’s how the interview went:
Sophia, now that you are seven, what do you hope to do?
Still Legoland hotel, that is always going to be on my bucketlist, that’s how I do it. Since I’m seven, I’m close to eight so I can’t wait to be baptized. I want to read more chapter books with you guys too. If there is anything else, I can’t wait for Kal to get four, that’s one thing. Also, since I’m seven I’m getting better at swimming, so I want to learn how to swim.
What is your favorite memory of all time?
My favorite memory is going to Phineas and Ferb live in Saint Louis (3 years ago).
What was your favorite birthday present this year?
A water-balloon bow.
Who is your favorite super hero and why?
Batman. I have lots of favorites…I like Green Lantern, Superman and stuff…I have a lot, so I said Batman. He’s my favorite because he’s cool. He has cool stuff. He rides a bat-mobile.
What is your favorite show?
LabRats.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Play my Kindle or play with my brother. Sometimes we play Superkids-it’s a game where kids have super powers. Kal’s pretend Superkids name is Jack, I pretend to be Frost.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Lots of things, I don’t even know! Ice cream truck driver, movie theater guy, video game maker, book writer, maybe scientist. I think probably a video game maker.
What is your favorite color?
Red.
And now, here are some picture I took of her around her birthday:
