With Sophia in school, I’m becoming just a little bit more caught up with work. I had debated about blogging this competition from mid-summer but wasn’t sure since it’s not my typical bag. But I really had such a great time. I loved these photo so much and wanted to share! What I love is the genuine raw feeling of all of these images. The athletes were amazing but the competition was incredibly challenging. The challenge and payoff really shows on their faces. As a photographer who works hard during each session to get clients to relax and be themselves-this crossfit competition was extremely rewarding!

The competition was a team effort and took place at Performance Edge Crossfit in Liberty Missouri. Dj Fre did an impressive job of keeping everyone pumped with fantastic music for the entire ten-hour competition!
