We made one of the kids favorite snacks today: Green Monster Muffins! They really did a lot of the work. Both kids really love to help cook!
Our notes about the recipe: Sophia prefers our “crumbly” gluten-free version, I replaced the wheat flour with almond flour in the recipe. Both versions taste great! I also try to avoid industrial seed oils so I replace the Canola Oil in the recipe with Avocado or Olive Oil.
