Paul’s taken the week off and we are having a fun little stay-cation! The first two days of the week he did lots of painting and various other home projects and improvements. Yesterday, he and I painted our first piece of furniture. I inherited two bedroom sets from my grandmother after she passed away and I love these pieces! I was nervous to paint, but am so happy we did!! I can’t wait to transform the others!

I’m just so happy with it. May be Rachel at Shades of Blue Interiors has rubbed off on me. She’s certainly my inspiration, you have to check out her fabulous blog!
