“The greatest value in life comes from loving yourself and who you are”
– Lindsey Stirling
Lauren is a wonderful young lady! She is refreshing to be around because she is so genuine and kind. She’s not overly shy just easy going. If Lauren had the day to herself she would spend some time cuddling with her dogs and watching the Office or her favorite movie-Pitch Perfect. She’d also love going out for some sushi and listening to some Maroon 5, Adele, or Lindsey Sterling. As far as plans for the future, next year Lauren will be on attending Missouri State University and majoring in Journalism and Mass Media. She’s just going to be playing it by ear after that. Her down-to-earth personality made for a very enjoyable senior photo session. You’ll see in the pictures she’s quite passionate about the violin so we incorporated that in several shots which was fun, it was my first time shooting a senior with a violin, cool props are always exciting!
This is what Lauren had to say about her session: “I had a blast during my session. I’m not gonna lie, I was super nervous at first since it was my first time doing anything like this. After the first couple shots I was more comfortable in front of the camera and started “getting into my inner Dance Moms”, as my mother would say.”
After hair and makeup provided by Heather at Just for You, we met first for pictures at the William Jewell campus and finished up the session at the Martha Lafite Thompson Nature Sancturay. The weather cooperated and it was a beautiful fall day!
